Artist Maker – Not Just Producer
BTS, TOMORROW X TOGETHER members
Bar discovery, casting director for the K-POP scene
He has been active in the field of global artist development for 16 years and is a key figure in the fields of new talent development and casting.
He has experience examining audition data from over 1 million people worldwide, including Korea, Japan, the United States, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Canada.
In 2011, when HYBE was still Big Hit Entertainment (now BIGHIT MUSIC), he joined the new talent development team as a new graduate, gaining work experience while participating in the development process for BTS in the early stages of their debut.
He rejoined HYBE in 2014 and, as the leader of the casting team, discovered the members of TOMORROW X TOGETHER. He went beyond the role of a simple casting director and was responsible for designing the organization and building the system.
From 2022, he will be responsible for leading all aspects of Rii.MJ's projects, from talent discovery and training to marketing, creative, worldview design, and organizational development.
Rii.MJ will be launched in March 2026 and will release its first artist, "VIBY."
